MP meets new Local Police Area Commander

Local MP, Adam Afriyie, met with the new
Local Police
Area Commander
for Windsor and Maidenhead, Superintendent Tim De Meyer, on
Friday, 21st November to discuss crime in the
Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead area and how Thames
Valley Police were tackling the problems.

“I welcome Superintendent Tim De Meyer to his new position
and look forward to working with him in the forthcoming
months and years – it’s a tough job.
“People are
rightly concerned about theft, burglary and anti-social
behaviour
across the country and it was good to have the opportunity
to discuss residents’ local issues.”
